How to convert PowerPoint to PDF
Convert a PowerPoint presentation into a separate PDF file. The presentation's slide dimensions are kept, and every slide becomes one PDF page.
How to use the PowerPoint to PDF tool
- Select a presentation. Choose one PPT or PPTX file up to 50 MB.
- Check the output name. Keep the suggested PDF filename or enter another one.
- Convert the presentation. PDFArmy processes the file in your browser and makes a PDF page for each slide.
- Download your PDF. The file downloads automatically and can be downloaded again from the confirmation page.
Slide design and conversion limits
The tool keeps each slide's dimensions and converts its static content. Animations and transitions are not part of a PDF. Some fonts, charts, SmartArt, or advanced PowerPoint features may be substituted, omitted, or displayed differently. Review the PDF before sharing or printing.
PPT and PPTX support
The tool accepts modern PPTX presentations and older PPT files. Password-protected or damaged presentations may not convert. Macro-enabled presentations and other PowerPoint formats are not supported.
Privacy and file security
Your presentation is converted in your browser and is not sent to PDFArmy. The conversion library and any required substitute fonts load from third-party CDNs, so an internet connection is needed.
