Signature types and limitations
This tool places a visible signature image on the PDF. It does not verify your identity or create a certificate-based digital signature. Password-protected, damaged, or unsupported PDFs may not open. Adding a signature changes the PDF and may invalidate any existing digital signatures. Keep the original and review the signed copy before sharing.
Privacy and file security
Your PDF and signature are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to PDFArmy. The PDF viewing and editing libraries load from third-party CDNs; the libraries process the document on your device.
